The cool stillness of the crisp morning air is embodied by this photo. Devoid of human activity for the moment, the Czech architecture takes center stage in this panoramic photo. Taken with a swing-lens camera, the normally straight lines of the sidewalk curve into the cobblestone road. The straight lines of the buildings rise out of the curved roads. On the first floor, the shops and the floors above various apartments. I got up really early to take this photo with the hope that there would be no one around. Even at that early hour, I still had to wait a bit for the couple of people to disappear around the various corners and take this shot in the stillness.

Shot in Prague, Czech Republic on 35mm film using a swing-lens panoramic camera. Scanned using top of the line drum scanner, to preserve detail. This print is certainly an eye catcher, and I always get caught in its seemingly endless lines.It can be printed up to 8 feet wide and would look great on your wall.
